Just a reminder to run /context. I like to think I was on top of this! Putting certain plugins/mcps in scope of user vs project. Removing what I thought was redundant or outdated. Every new chat was at 54k!! Haiku was drowning every /clear.

Figure I would throw this out there maybe to help others.
