Hi everyone,

I’m 35/f and just got my baseline fertility labs back a few weeks back. My FSH/E2 and AMH are pointing toward diminished ovarian reserve (AMH came back at 0.5). The rest of my bloodwork and genetic testing looked great, but reading the AMH result hit me hard.

In a way, it helped explain why I haven’t gotten pregnant yet. My partner and I have been ttc for about 6–7 months, and we’ve decided to move forward with a consultation with an rei nurse. My partner is also getting his labs and semen analysis done soon, so we’re hoping to have some clarity soon.

The rei nurse mentioned options like IUI, oral meds and IVF, but this is all very new (and honestly a bit overwhelming). For those of you around my age with similar AMH levels, what factors did you consider when deciding between IUI vs IVF? Anything you wish you had known earlier?

Appreciate any insight or experiences you’re willing to share... This is a sensitive topic for me, so please be kind 💛
