There’s Light at the end of the tunnel
I lost nothing on 7.5mg, just maintained the whole time. Same routine, nothing different. I wasn't too discouraged but I was definitely hoping for more especially since I was losing well on 5mg but at least I had no symptoms on 7.5mg.
Moved up to 10mg and again, first week nothing changed. Then came my second jab on 10mg and I went on a little 5-day staycation with a friend. I tracked nothing. I just ate whatever and listened to my body, stopped when I was full.
The hard part was my friend kept commenting about wasting food, and honestly in the past that would have gotten to me and I would have finished everything on my plate. But I held my ground and persevered.
Came back home, still maintaining. Went back to my regular routine… and just done my last dose of 10mg and down 2kg 💃
I’ve read a couple of post of people stalling on 7.5mg is that a thing or maybe the no work and having 3 meals a day helped ?
