Hi all! Has anyone set up a Solo 401K with Merrill Lynch? I got the RCMA account application, but the application seems to imply that I need to already have a trust set up & ready before I send in the RCMA application. I talked to an estate planning lawyer about setting up a trust, but he is trying to sell me the standard trust he sets up for all his clients to avoid having assets go through probate, which I don't need or want right now. Other places that offer solo 401K (Fidelity, mysolo401k.net, etc) seem to set up the trust as part of setting up the 401K account. Any help is greatly appreciated.
