Does anyone know if I’ll win an eviction appeal if I only owe $92? I paid two months worth of rent with cashier checks ahead my eviction hearing and my leasing manager proceeded with an eviction anyway. I’ve already paid the $92 as well. The judgement was filed yesterday and I dropped off the rent checks two days prior. I have screenshots of the email i sent to the leasing manager letting her know the checks were dropped off.
