Been taking Vyvanse for close to two weeks.
I was prescribed 30mg, but found that to be just a bit too much. i felt a tad "racey". I then started opening my capsules into 3 ounces of water, mixing it, and drinking only two ounces to get a 20mg dose. This worked great. (i save the one ounce of water and combine it with the next days dose)
The 20mg dose is perfect. i can finally focus, and i just feel overall so much better about life. im not over thinking, im calm, im helpful, im happy, i actually enjoy socializing and just living life. its a huge game changer and just, makes me teary eyed that i have a life I'm now enjoying.
With all that being said, i do have a slight tingling today in my pointer finger and middle finger. nothing crazy, just a slight weirdness if you will.
I know Vyvanse can cause mild or severe Raynaud's. Again, this is very mild.
Will this increase? Should i give it more time? Again, I've only been on this for two weeks.
Im really afraid to go to the dr and have them just pull this from me. I feel like i can finally just breath and live an enjoyable life.
I should note that I do hydrate with electrolytes, I eat protein consistently, i take magnesium glycinate, i lift often, i don't smoke. i take care of myself.
one thing that just popped in my head- i do take a prework out in the morning (about 545 am) lift until about 730, then once i get home, about 8am, i then take my dose. So, two hours from initial taking of the prework out. I will say i have a slow metabolism.
Could the prework out have caused this slight tingle?
And again, this just popped in my head- i had a few cups of coffee at work as well. (jeeze- maybe thats it dummy)
Again, its only slight, doesn't hurt, its just noticeable and kind of freaks me out a bit.
Im hoping the responses are: Just give it time, or dont take the preworkout.
Thanks for any sight from you long term users!
