I’ve spent a lot of time in the job market lately, and I realized that the hardest part of an interview isn't the questions—it's the interviewer.
Most AI tools just give you a list of prompts. But in real life, you might get an interviewer who checks their phone while you're talking, or someone who just stares at you in silence to see if you'll crack.
I'm a developer, so I spent the last few months building Hirely. It’s a free tool that lets you choose the persona of your interviewer:
- The Stone Face: Gives zero feedback to test your nerves.
- The Distracted Boss: Interrupts you to see if you can stay focused.
- The Doubter: Challenges your answers to see if you’re actually confident.
It’s totally free and live. I built this to help myself and others get used to the "social pressure" side of the room, not just the technical side.
