I need some help. I recently requested refunds for items in game that i bought that i decided i no longer wanted and i assumed that as a result the items i bought would be removed from my account in exchange for the refunds but i logged in today and it said my account was blocked. Ive seen some people in past posts here to contact them through discord or Facebook, i contacted them through email didnt even get an automatic reply. No one on discord is answering my question or Facebook.
