AliExpress scammed me on a return. Support confirmed receipt, then closed the case as "Item not returned."

I’m beyond frustrated. I returned an item worth $20 and paid an additional $10 for shipping, following AliExpress's official instructions.

The package was delivered on April 27th. Both Parcelsapp and 17track clearly show it was "Delivered," but for some reason, the internal AliExpress tracking never updated and kept showing that I hadn't even sent it.

I contacted support multiple times. Every single time, the agent confirmed, "Yes, we see the package is received, please wait for the inspection." I felt reassured.

Today, they suddenly asked for additional proof of shipment. I uploaded everything: the shipping label and the post office receipt. Minutes later, they closed the case and denied my refund, claiming I "never returned the item."

I’ve honestly liked shopping on AliExpress, but if this isn't resolved, I’m done with the platform. Does anyone have advice on what to do next?
