I’m 25 and graduated in May 2025. Since the I’ve been working at a firm that pays me $150,000 a year. I own one rental property that generates about $1,000 in monthly cash flow after paying off my expenses and mortgage. I have approximately $80,000 in student loans, but I’m also eager to invest and save aggressively as we’d like to move within the 3-5 years
For context: I currently live with my fiance and our mortgage is $460 and we have relatively low expenses. I have a leased car ($440 a month) which I will be turning in this upcoming October to drive our paid off Honda civic. My fiancé for makes about 160-170k a year (which is inclusive of his rental income). I have about 50k between savings and investments.
