Been trying to cancel my club line gym membership for some time but their website is impossible to navigate. Have tried calling, emailing and using the membership portal but its impossible. Has anyone had the same issue?

Im thinking of just blocking them via my bank at this stage. Ive heard of cults that are easier to leave. TIA
