I’m 20F and this time last year I began noticing irregularities in my period. Before this they’d been consistent from 13 onward, same time each month. I’ve always been a little heavier, I’m 5”5 and about 76kg currently which is bordering overweight for my height.
I will say I wasn’t looking after my health and was extremely highly stressed around the time my periods completely stopped, which was about 4 months ago. No spotting since or anything. Taken multiple pregnancy tests. Just gone, vanished.
Doctor took blood tests and says some of my results look along the lines of pcos and I’m scheduled to go for scans at the hospital with the gyno.
My biggest fear in life has always been infertility. I’m wondering if there’s any women out there who have also gone this long without periods, who’ve ended up conceiving? When I read these posts it seems most have irregular periods but not absent so I’m very very afraid right now.
