There is this 30+ year old cheesy horror movie I hope you guys could help with. 2 dudes run an out of the way diner that the meat is all human. It’s more comedy horror cheese. The scene I always remember is these guys are driving at night on a deserted 2 lane highway in the desert and runs over a guy in one of those ice cream truck vehicles (not an ice cream truck though, same type). And they back up to hit him backing up. And then put it in drive and run him over again. Do any of you remember this movie?? Thank you. It’s been bugging me for a minute now.
