So I got two interviews the latest from hiring manager who was the head of the department but I haven't heard anything and its been more than a week. I was expecting a feedback which can also be helpful for future interviews. I actually reached out to recruiter who said that they are awaiting further instructions from the team and will get back to me as soon as they have additional information. I wanted to know is this a rejection with ghosting or will I eventually hear from the company. Any on specifically tiktok internship interview timelines would be appreciated.
