I am struggling to get that hideout level to 13 and also want to do a new game plus does the building levels in the hideout carry over for e.g forge building level 4 when I get back to the hideout in new game plus it is still level 4

Where can I get a lot of resources trying to get the hideout to level 13 but I am running low on resources
