How can CSL Plasma in good conscience use the Paysign debit card to issue money to its donors?

I have donated here for years, and I've just discovered that Paysign charges me a fee if my card is declined at the atm and at the cash register. A "declined fee" of $0.55 every time at the cash register and another fee of $1.25 if im declined at the atm . Of course they make no effort what so ever to tell you that you'll get charged this way. In fact they go out of there way to hide it. When you look at your recent transactions you don't even see that you're getting charged this, you have look at your actual bank statement that paysign has. To further the confusion and I think this is probably illegal, in your statement it will say that you recived a decline fee, but under the amount charged it says 0.00 you have to do the math on your own to figure out that you were charged. I was declined at the atm twice and when i went to cash back at the register of a circle k and that was 3.05 right there.

Like I said this is gross , hurtful, and wrong. If CSL plasma really thinks its donors are hero's they would get a card that doesn't do ridiculous things like this and hide the fact they're doing it. I implore anyone who cares at CSL to look into this on there own, and if they have any good reason for working with paysign I'd love to hear it.
