Hey Guys, sorry in advance for the long post but I'm dealing with an annoying "ding" that happens with small bumps/rough roads at low speed and high speed. I can recreate the ding while jacking up that corner. Im on oem suspension except whiteline's track LCA. While driving it sounds alsmost like the knocks you hear with camber mounts so i installed new oem mounts & bearings but the ding is still there. Next i installed new struts but same result. I disconnected the sway bar, loosened the control arm, and disconnected the tie rod but can still hear the ding as i jack up that corner of the car from the LCA. Ive checked and torqued everything subframe related to spec with new bolts. It sounds to me like the spring is binding but idk. Is it possible for oem springs to go bad at 50k miles? Any advice or insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!
