Account on hold after depletion of the 1 hour reverification window
What is happening with prolific? So I wasn’t around when my account asked for reverification and when the 1 hour window ended and now I had to do the reverification from onboarding, my account went on hold as I was doing that. I had done everything except the number when I noticed my account is on hold
