Hi all I hate to come and ask stuff like this but I don’t even know what to do 2 years ago I had by gas capped before the meter so I have no gas into the property but I cannot get the meter removed because of my landlord I understand that yes if I move out the next Tennant will want heating but for me this is not needed the standing charges are leaving me in such a financial hardship at the moment and everyone keeps passing me around and I’m getting nowhere is there anything I can do to get around this I can barely afford to eat at the moment my provider is Scottish power
