Pitch: Need a developer that can build a website and a simple CRM for me, i have all the requirements mapped out already. Found an open-source one from Atomic CRM that does majority of what we need. Just a few additions and some automations in the background like email triggers and notifs

Need this done quite ASAP, I have someone on my team that usually handles this but his unavailable at the minute so please don't think you can quote me some crazy prices. Im hoping to build relationships, need more stuff after this project too.

go and help out local businesses implement Ai, improve their workflows & save them time. (Process refinement, implementation and training.)

They are struggling! you will enjoy building tools for them (which is what your already good at) they will eventually ask you how much is it going to cost us for more or to keep you onboard. if they don't, you haven't lost at all. you got an insight into they operations and pain points which will probably give you even more ideas.

Whatever you end up building for them, its yours. You have their testimonial, it helps them and its proven.

Now the fun part is to go and sell it to people just like them, either in the same industry or someone who has the same role as them.
