• UGC-style editing (raw > polished)
• Pacing, curiosity, retention

If you’ve worked on ads with 2%+ CTR, you’ll fit.

Deal:

• Fixed pay per video (starting small)
• + performance bonus / revenue share if your creative hits targets (CTR / CPA)

If your work makes money, you make more. Simple.
