I suffered with increasingly severe ARFID that led to inpatient hospitalization for a month, which was the start of my treatment journey. Being in recovery has bettered my physical and mental health in countless ways. I am now able to do all the things on my bucket list, including donating blood, which I did for the first time last month. I have my life back and I couldn't be more grateful.
