Recent sales of the 1992 Pro Sport Sachin Tendulkar #3A:

  • BGS 9 Mint — $12,000 (May 6, 2026)

These are actual completed sales, not listings. A graded mint condition Sachin rookie card is worth more than most people's monthly salary and almost nobody in India is paying attention.

Now think about what else is out there - Kapil Dev cards, Gavaskar memorabilia, early IPL cards, signed bats. None of it has standardized pricing. None of it has a market. The people selling these are mostly international dealers, not Indian collectors.

How long before Indian collectors wake up to this?

What's the Sachin BGS 9 worth in 2 years — $20K? $50K? There are only 4 known copies that Beckett has graded.

Chacha Chaudhry #1 issue is worth Rs. 25000?

Hot take: Chacha Chaudhary Issue #1 (1969) is worth ₹25,000. Most people have no idea what's sitting in their parents' almirah. Building a platform where collectors predict and debate prices of undervalued collectibles — no money, just reputation. Would you use this?
