Looking for help picking a monitor mount/arm
I currently have a 32" Dell Monitor that I use for everyday stuff and work. It is currently on the stand that came with it and it can pretty much just move up and down. For this monitor thats perfectly fine. Im looking to get a Cintiq Pro 27 Display which is basically a drawing tablet. This can be used as a second monitor although I dont know how necessary that is for me considering my primary monitor is so big and works well for what I do day to day.
When I get this drawing display i would like to use it in a way that it would be pulled in front of the 32" monitor (the 32 can either go up so i can still see it or just sit behind with room for the arm to go under it. When im not using the drawing display I would like it to either go off to the side of the 32 and act like a second monitor (im thinking i might want to use it in a portrait orientation but it would be nice to have both options) or go as much behind the 32 as it can qnd be turned off (ok if it pokes out from the side)
My issue is I dont really understand computer setups well and when looking at monitor arms all the ones ive found for two monitors up to 32" are either stacking only with no horizontal movement, or the two monitors are anchored together always. I would like a mount where either both arms can move freely or one can go up and down and the other can move freely.
Here are the two monitors for reference/specs.
