I just figured out that my great great grandfather on one side was never naturalized, on my other side my grandma was born in Italy but was naturalized before my mom was born. So roots are some what recent but I can't use that side.
Is it worth a try to see if I can get citizenship. I know it takes a long time and is expensive but is there even any hope?
