I am a 13F currently in 7th grade. It is near the end of the school year, and I am genuinely so stressed out. To begin with, I’ve had loads of homework since the beginning of the second semester (January 5th). Since middle school doesn’t have AP classes, they have Pre-AP instead, and where im at the only Pre-AP classes are ELA and Math. So im in both of those Pre-APs, along with a considered Pre-AP social studies and science class. And my math and social studies teacher have gave me so much homework it’s hard, my ELA teacher occasionally hands things out, my science teacher never does. Anyway, on top of that I have many extracurricular activities. I am in band, and I play the trumpet. Since our other trumpets don’t practice, my band director counts on me and this other trumpeter that’s my friend. For band this year, I’ve played with about five bands: concert band 7th, concert band with 8th grade, bandzilla, honor band, and mega band. On top of those, I play flag football and have for 5 seasons/years. This year, I am playing with 16 and 17 year olds, so I had to lock in. What makes it worse was that over the late summer and beginning of the fall, I locked in for softball, just for my mom to say I could try out. (She said she was scared of me getting hit with a ball, but even my friends say that they don’t pitch that fast) And not only that, but we have this thing called Youth in Government that im apart of. My group does NOTHING and I have to do all the work. All they do is sit and play on their phones.
What also makes it harder is that I’ve been getting called names at school. And the thing is, they encourage other people to call me that name, and im tired of it. And along with everything else, my crush kind of rejected me the other day. My close friend tried to get us together and he said no. I got friendzoned. And genuinely idk what to do anymore, I can’t complain to my friends because they won’t understand, and I’ve already complained to my parents. I’m convinced im just tired and need a break from everyone.
