First of all, congratulations on your little ones!
As a first time dad and baby shower organizer, there was a lot to learn when trying to help organize our baby shower. Not really traditional in a sense, but since my wife's Japanese and they don't really do baby showers, I had to jump in and help out.
There was so much to do and organize, and as hectic as the day of the shower was I think everyone had a lot of fun. However, the one thing I walked away with was how underwhelming of an experience the diaper raffle was.
