How do you manage job description compliance when hiring internationally? [N/A]

How do you handle job descriptions when hiring across multiple countries?

We've been expanding hiring into Germany, Australia, and the US and every time it's a mess — different legal requirements, compliance language, salary formats, even tone expectations vary a lot by market.

For the US we need EEO statements, Australia needs Fair Work Act references, Germany needs AGG compliance language. And that's before even thinking about whether the tone is right for that market.

Currently we're doing it manually which is slow and honestly I'm never confident we got the legal bits right.

How does your team handle this? Do you have templates per country, use a lawyer, or just wing it and hope for the best?
