No smoking, no drinking, no drugs. Healthy high-protein diet; rarely eat out and never eat fast food. Strong understanding of nutrition dating back to an 80 lb weight loss in 2021. Work a physical job outdoors in the sun all day.
**Symptoms:**
* **Low Libido:** Significantly low sex drive going back years.
* **Fatigue and Weakness:** I can sleep 8 hours and still feel the need to nap during the day.
* **Low Motivation:** Discipline keeps my work performance steady, but I crash on weekends, losing the desire to be productive or social.
* **Minor Gynecomastia:** Present since puberty. A plastic surgeon could not feel any glandular tissue during a consultation.
