I made quite an order for myself yesterday and 2 of the frozen items came fully melted and damaged and the carrots they sent were very questionable. I wanted to get them at least exchanged because I needed those items so reached out to the support in app and for some reason I was directly asked to email without being connected to anyone. I have now had a long conversation over email where they constantly say that “our internal verification confirms that the product was in good condition at the time of dispatch”, even though I’ve shared proof of how that’s so not true. What should I do?

(Just to give some context, Zepto has been the first app I order from for a long time, so it was very disappointing to have to constantly ask them to connect me with someone over call)
