I’m about to build my first deck, I don’t like playing something that’s too popular so im looking at Ezreal, pyke and Viktor. Ezreal looks fun and have some combo potential while viktor has a lot a token and board control. Pyke is just cool and looks annoying to play against. Is there a deck you would particularly recommended? And are these decks considered competitive? if not then what are some not too popular but strong off meta choices?

My local meta is plagued with Irelia and some Azir, what deck would be considered a good play into Irelia?

If necro and breach is in play, in end step after I pickup my cards and after I cast I cast borne upon a wind, can I execute a brain freeze/grinding station mill line or will the cards immediately go to exile from necro without a way to escape it back.
