What is the name of the artistic style common to these video games?

Hi everyone! I’m gathering ideas for a video game I have in mind, and it’s time to start thinking about a graphic style. I’m fascinated by the art style of games like “Eclipsium” or “Lucid Blocks,” and I wanted to know what this particular type of “pixel art” is called. Also, I was curious to know if there’s a specific term for how the hands are rendered in both games (I’ve included screenshots below)—that is, realistic yet pixelated hands.

Sorry for my broken English, and thanks for your answers!
