I’ve just released my own Asset Browser & Level Design plugin

After a month of work, constant improvements, and many late nights, I’ve finally polished this plugin into a stable release. It’s built with performance in mind and includes a wide range of features.

You can find more information on the link here: in Comments

The website also includes full documentation, along with clear explanations of each tool and its purpose

Compared to other commercial tools such as Asset Placer by Cookie-Badger, this goes beyond basic asset placement, offering a more complete workflow-focused toolset

It includes a proper snapping system, dozens of tools, and a clear focus on performance and usability

Pricing details are available on the website.

I recommend checking out the documentation if you’re interested, as it provides a deeper overview of the plugin and its features

I'm building this plugin to help me with my future projects. The original goal was for it to be an asset placer, and that part is basically done now. In that sense, the plugin already does what I originally wanted.

But I decided to take it further and build a Level Builder/Editor directly into the plugin, so it can be a more complete tool for designing maps for my projects without needing to rely on external modeling tools like Blender or similar software.

I haven't built the Level Builder part yet, but I'm currently planning and working toward it.

Will I share this plugin when it's finished? And will it be free?

Yes, I can say that I do plan to share it with the community once it's complete and ready. As for whether it will be free or not, well, I really like free and open-source tools, but this plugin has taken a lot of effort from me, including some sleepless nights.

That said, I'm seriously thinking about releasing it for free, but I don't think I will make it open source.

Note: this video is just a little showcase, More showcases will come later to demonstrate all the features of the plugin.
