Hey all, I am trying to sublet my room in a Home Park house for this summer. My lease ends at the end of July, so would be from now to July 30. Rent is 1025, and electricity is the only utility you would be responsible for. MAY Rent has already been paid!!! The room is ~155 sqft, and there is street parking just outside. There are 3 other rooms, but one is also trying to sublet, so could work well if you and a friend are looking. There is a closet in the room, and a washer and dryer right outside. The room is unfurnished, but IKEA is a quarter mile away. The house is walking distance from GT campus and just across the 14th street bridge from midtown.
