Baton Rouge, LA - Termites in my room???

As the text says. The last two weeks or so, I've seen a bug or two walk across my bedroom walls (figured it was just normal spring time) but lastnight, there were absolute swarms of termites outside of our house, primarily by our automatic lights outside. The real issue is that when I went inside, I found at LEAST 20 termites crawling either near my window, on my walls, and on my fucking bed.

I ended up finding some in the bathroom near our front door as well as the bathroom next to my room.

I just want to confirm--these are termites, right? And what would be a good course of next action? I am way too freaked out to go sleep in my bed now, lol. Thank you for the help and any comments!
