Hi, I'm having some minor issues with both the Venice website and the app.

I'm probably the one who, as usual, makes some mess, but I still haven't been able to fix it.

 

Problem 1: Venice site on Firefox (Windows)

There's no memory management feature anywhere anymore: some chats activate, others don't, and I can't change/disable them in any way.

I tried asking the support bot but it claims the memory function is still present, and I didn't find anything useful online or on the site.

Is this a temporary problem? Just mine?

(I put the screens from the main menu and the settings menu.)

- Problem 2: Android Apps

I like to store my chats in easily searchable text files on my PC, but now that encryption has been added, I can't export them to store them: when I open the generated link, it only opens a page that takes me to the app store. (Screened)

I saw that there is a feature for pro users, to be able to sync chats, but, honestly, I don't understand how to do it even by searching and, when there are many, it becomes complicated.

How can I do it?

Isn't it possible to enable/disable encryption and be able to conveniently export chats, perhaps to PDF, which also includes the model's thought text?

It's absolutely right for security…but there should be a way to easily store your chats with all the elements 😅
