Would you go in to work?

I take care of 2 nks. And today one of them was really sick, nk1 . They’re both sick, but one then is super sick. She wasnt herself at all. Her face was so sad all day. But then, during dinner, her sister(nk2)was coughing a bit and then threw up a little. I texted nps to let them know so they could keep a look out if it continued to happen. About 30 minutes after i left work i got a text asking what nks ate today because nk2 threw up. So i gave them the run down. I checked up on them maybe like 1.5 hours after that. And they told me nk2 continued to throw up 8 more times. I asked them to let me know how the night goes.

I dont want to get a stomach bug/virus. And my stomach started feeling funny after nps informed me of nk2 throwing up. Should i tell them im not comfortable taking care of a child who’s sick with a potential stomach virus? Or am i expected to go in? Ive only ever watch sick kids with colds or flu or even like diarrhea/vomiting due to something they ate or acid relux. But not consistent projectile vomit that could make me end up projectile vomiting as well. I dont know what to do. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!
