I am new to this breed, hence my questions.

My dog when in the garden starts reaching for stones/rocks in the hope that we would throw them for him to fetch.

I could give him a ball, but then he would do the same... Is there a toy I can get him so that he keeps himself entertained?

Also, every time I give him a chew he wants to hide in the aforementioned garden... How to avoid that, except from the obvious "no chews"? 🤣
