
Jio Bank negative balance issue
Hey everyone. I opened a zero-balance Jio Payments Bank account about 5 months ago. I initially intended to use it for a specific purpose but haven't actually made any transactions yet.
Recently, I noticed my balance has gone into the negative because they charged me some subscription fees. The thing is, I don't want to close the account I still plan on using it.
If I simply deposit money to clear the negative balance (the arrears), will the account function normally again? Will there be any issues or hidden catches moving forward? Thanks for the advice!
