For people who are currently researching Scaler School of Technology or planning to give NSET, what are your main doubts?

There’s a Q&A session today at 5 PM with someone from SST admissions, so I was thinking it could be useful to collect the common questions people have.

From what I’ve seen, most confusion is usually around the same things:

• NSET difficulty
• interview rounds
• scholarship criteria
• fees
• hostel and campus life
• BITS/IITM degree structure
• whether SST is worth it compared to a traditional BTech

I’m not trying to sell anything here. Just curious because a lot of students seem to be considering different backup options around this time, especially after JEE/CUET pressure.

Also, if you’re planning to register for NSET, you can use the referral code ARIYD8B6 for ₹500 off the registration fee.

If you were attending something like this, what would you ask?

For anyone currently researching Scaler School of Technology or planning to give NSET, SST is hosting an online session tomorrow at 5 PM.

It’s called “Interact with SST’s Leadership” and it looks like it’ll be a direct Q&A with R Karthik, Admissions Lead at SST.

I think this could be useful because a lot of people usually have similar doubts before applying, like how NSET works, what the interview process is like, how scholarships are decided, what the actual student life is like, and whether SST makes sense compared to other college options.

Instead of only relying on random posts, reviews, or half-information online, this might be a good chance to ask your questions directly.

Session details:

3rd May, Sunday
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Online and free

Registration link:
https://www.scaler.com/event/interact-with-ssts-leadership/

Also, if you’re planning to register for NSET, you can use the referral code ARIYD8B6 for ₹500 off the registration fee.

Might be helpful for anyone who is still confused or comparing options right now.
