Anyone know any updates about other IMAX 1.43:1 releases (other than The Odyssey) this year? Namely Disclosure Day and maybe The End of Oak Street and/or Digger?

Hopefully we'll get updates very soon about the 70mm release/tickets for Disclosure Day, and maybe confirmation about IMAX releases for Oak Street or Digger?

Live Nation Ontario (in Canada) just posed this cryptic photo. Anyone know what tour announcement this image could be referring to?

Very happy Peterson is going into the Ring of Honor next year, but I hoped he had gotten a bigger honor: his number retired

First of all, Bills fan coming in peace. Despite never being the biggest Vikings fan, I always loved watching highlights of Peterson every week, and he was one of the very few players where I wanted to know each week what amazing play he would pull off next week. And trust me, I felt heartbroken he didn't break Dickerson's rushing record.

That being said, I had hoped he had gotten his number retired as the Vikings have not retired any numbers since 2003 with Cris Carter. What is incredibly cool is of the 6 players the Vikings have retired (Tarkenton, Tingelhoff, Marshall, Stringer, Carter, and Page), they all each played a different position (QB, C, DE, OT, WR, and DT respectively). The Vikings have never retired the number for anyone who played running back.

Maybe they will retire his number when he gets into the Hall of Fame but with the current controversial voting system in Canton, I am not holding my breath.

Kyle Lowry just witnessed his last ever NBA game..."witnessed", not "played", as he was the only Sixer to never play a single minute today.

EDIT: by witnessed, I mean as an active player

What's even up with that? Why didn't Nick Nurse, who has actually known Lowry since Nurse was an assistant with the Raptors, give him at least a few minutes?

Any current movie/TV recommendations to watch on the in-flight entertainment system this month (May)? I'm flying to Vancouver end of this month

If anyone has watched anything good while flying on Air Canada this month, feel free to drop a suggestion or two in the comments.

He hasn't missed a season of not coaching since he was hired by the Washington Wizards in 2008 as an assistant. He has now been an assistant coach with the Wizards (2008-2014), the Clippers (2014-2020), the 76ers (2020-2023) and currently the Celtics since 2023.

Even people on television like Michael Wilbon and Charles Barkley acknowledge his talent and say he is very deserving, even winning a championship as an assistant with the Celtics two seasons ago.

Wonder why he hasn't finally scored a chance to be a head coach?
