Currently my husband and I qualify for chapter 7 in MN (waiting on our consultation). I’d prefer to file soon because my husband just got a new job after being unemployed for a long time which has lowered our income significantly. Once he begins working more hours we will be over the income limit for chapter 7. Since they use the prior 6 months for qualification does it even matter if we will be over the limit for the 2nd half of the year?
