I'll go on a low dose of Isotretinoin for only two months for my nose. Could it possibly benefict my skin long term or is it def not enough?

Probably will sound weird to most of you but my plasctic surgeon put me on a low dose (20mg/day) of isotretinoin for 2 months, it's a somewhat new practice for post rhinoplasty that's supposed to prevent fibrosis. I've been afraid of the side effects for a few days but now I've accepted the terms, bought the two boxes today and will start it tomorrow.

I know from the posts around here that everything in this treatment is highly personal and you got the body you got, but I would love to know if there's any chance I'll get a better skin even if mildly so. I've had bad acne because of PCOS in the past and what a hell that was, could it at least help prevent that happening again by any chance? Make some pores disappear into oblivion?
