Sharing tips of Combo Feeding!

Mixed feeding (breast milk + formula) is the mother’s choice, and it also creates more flexibility in parenting, giving moms more time to focus on themselves and maintain their own identity beyond caregiving.

  1. You can start mixed feeding at any time based on your own needs, try not to overthink it
  2. Gradually reduce breastfeeding and use slow flow nipples so your baby can adjust to formula feeding
  3. You can set a fixed schedule to increase formula feeds, many moms find night time breastfeeding harder, so formula feeding at night can work well
  4. It is recommended to keep feeding tools by the bedside to make things easier, especially for impatient babies like a formula maker and bottle warmer
  5. If your baby refuses to drink, give both yourself and your baby more patience and take time to understand your baby’s cues If anyone has other suggestions, feel free to share in the comments

I only removed my screen protector for about half an hour, and this already happened.

Before my iPad arrived, I bought a cheap matte screen protector. It felt too thin, and using the Apple Pencil on it felt very scratchy. Then I search on reddit and saw some people using their iPads without any screen protector, saying the writing experience was fine too, so I decided to try removing the protector.

But after just half an hour, I noticed that the drawing felt a bit off, and there were already scratches on the screen! It was probably some dust on the tip of my Apple Pencil or on the screen. When I was drawing, the pencil pressed against the dust and scratched the screen. 😅If you often use your iPad with an Apple Pencil, make sure to use a screen protector, otherwise, you might end up like me...

By the way, does anyone have a screen protector they’ve been using for writing or drawing that they really like? Please don’t recommend something too expensive…
