No idea if this is the right flair, I'm sorry. So my old Samsung S10 is stuck in a boot loop. I already have a new phone and I could save most of the data when I could still turn it on except for the notes files in the notes app. The didn't synch for some reason and I really need to recover those if it's possible.
I tried searching for this issue but I don't understand most of the jargon used. Pressing volume down and start button doesn't work. Freezer doesn't work. I cannot
reach recovery mode as seen in some tutorials.
Does anybody have an idea or could walk me through what I can do?
