Holes in dorsal fin?

This is Ginger. I noticed some tiny dots on her dorsal fin that look like tiny holes. You’ll probably need to zoom in to see. (First two photos from today, last photos when we first got her.) I don’t know what caused them or the best way to treat. Tank information below.

• Tank size: 10 gallon

• Heater and filter? (yes/no): yes/yes

• Tank temperature: 80 degrees F

• Parameters in numbers and how you got them:

Ammonia: 0ppm, Nitrite = 0ppm, Nitrate = 0ppm, KH = 7, GH = 12 using API master test kit

• How long have you had the tank? Fully cycled in November. How long have you had your fish?: Added cleaning crew in early December and then Betta after Christmas.

• How often are water changes? 1-2 weeks. How much do you take out per change? 25-30% What is your process?: Move any driftwood or decor and gravel vacuum. Added treated water, add plant fertilizer and wonder shell if needed.

• Any tankmates? Snails (nerite 2, ramshorn 3), Pygmy corydoras 5, otocinculus 3, amano shrimp 3.

• What do you feed and how much: Fluval bug bites 5x/week and bloodworms 2x/week, sinking wafers every other day or so

• Decorations and plants in the tank: driftwood, gravel, rocks, hide, floating log, tunnel

Variety of anubias, cambomba, buchplandra, Java moss/fern, frog bit, water lettuce
