Is it possible to book a lalamove from Johor to KL ? Has anyone tried ? Will there be riders whom will accept ?

Hi I want to upgrade my bike wheelsets I mainly use it on the road long distance city rides I'm riding a trinx q1300 pro with slx groupset the wheelsets are trinx brand so idk much about the details I had a good offer for about 250$ second hand but pretty new condition DT Swiss XM1501will I feel a noticeable difference in speed and hub, engagement etc If I upgrade?
