hello po, I can't seem to decipher what's written here, by the time we arrived home me and my sister forgot that we didn't ask for how i take my meds, pls don't blame my sister she had work and was super busy jumping around to withdraw money all the while constantly moving me (in a wheelchair), I can't rlly blame the nurse either maybe ma'am was tired or just forgot to tell us. anyhow please help me
