Hey folks, as the title says I'm trying to figure out what these critters are. I've seen online that some bugs are good for the plant.

How do I get rid of these especially if they are harmful.

These are silvery and so far haven't seen them jump but appear to stay in the soil. I haven't seen any on the leaves though I noticed my money tree leaves have been drying out at the tip lately.

I keep the plant in indirect light and water every 2 weeks. The bug is incredibly tiny, about the size of a comma (,) and I see them crawling all around the soil. I am in Ontario, Canada.
