I'd like to open a bank account here as backup for my third world country just in case.

I heard it was possible and I saw many thread after a Google search. However TD is asking for a proof of addresss to which I can't provide for now living my cousin.

Capital one didn't get to a consultant but the receptionists told me it wasn't possible without ITIN.

I should try others tomorrow... But if you got an advice please let me know.
